Tigrethai.com offers to return most items within within 30 days of receipt.

If more than 30 days have elapsed since receipt of the item, unfortunately we cannot process a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same state you received it . It must also be in the original packaging.

A partial refund can be given for t any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.

Some products cannot be returned . In this case this is specified on the product page in its description.

To make a return, you must show us proof of purchase (eg order number via the email you received).

Please do not return your purchase from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method original payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact the entity that issued your credit card as there may be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to the following address: 11 rue Bernard Palissy, 42160, Andrézieux Bouthéon.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
